“One of your technicians came to my house to preform some requested pest control, unfortunately I forgot her name which is disappointing to me. From the moment the lady came to our door and put on shoe covers, before she came in, till we had to leave, she was very professional. The reason I say this is because she listened to every concern I had and everything I explained to her without interrupting me or making me feel that she knew more than I did.
This type of professionalism, in my opinion, is what numerous employees of some companies forget to do in this age. After I explained to her my problem, she explained exactly what she would be doing. She also advised me of any conditions from the spraying that I would be concerned about. She also explained how that if I was not satisfied with the outcome, that her company would guarantee this work for ninety days. She explained that if needed they would come back out and retreat my house.
We left our house after taking care of the paperwork with her and I felt very comfortable leaving my house in her care. Upon returning we found our house the same as when she arrived.
I hope I will not have to exercise my warranty and have your company return, but if I do, I hope this lady is the one you send. I hope this letter finds its way to her and you extend my appreciation to her. If I ever need your services for any pest control., I will be sure to call your company as I have in the past for other pest control problems.”
